Community launch and forum
The results are in from the Gay Community Periodic Survey - Canberra 2006. We're hoping that these results will be able to prompt some discussion about what is happening in our community. Among the findings of the study are that most gay men in Canberra are:
- Using condoms for anal intercourse with casual partners; [1]
- Getting tested regularly for HIV; [2] and
- Making spoken agreements about sex with their regular partners. [3]
Iryna Zablotska from the National Centre in HIV Social Research will give a presentation of the main findings and answer questions.
