From Monday 30 March, we’ll be modifying how we deliver services to our communities. To help keep you, our staff team, other clients and the wider community safe we will be temporarily closing our office at Havelock House. We will be available to meet with you by appointment. These measures will be reviewed regularly but will remain in place until further notice.
We are contactable by phone and email for all enquires including Needle and Syringe Program equipment, safe sex products, information and resources.

Sexual Health Testing
Canberra Health Services is currently reducing non-essential, non-urgent activity across all its services in efforts to relieve pressure on the health system and to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Canberra Sexual Health Centre is now appointment only. CSHC is not able to run a walk-in service at this time and can provide urgent/ essential care only. Please see your GP for non-urgent and non-essential sexual health care.
To make an appointment with CSHC, please call 5124 2184. You will be asked for your details, and connected with a clinician first.
Please do not go to Canberra Sexual Health Clinic if;
- you have returned from overseas in the last 14 days
- you have a fever, cough, sore throat, cold, flu or diarrhoea
- you are a contact of someone who has tested positive for COVID-19

People who are concerned about COVID-19and want further information on the virus can also call the Australian Government’s Coronavirus Health Information Line on 1800 020 080. The line operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
